Bill yearly once you are sure. Yearly billing saves $120 on Creator and $396 on Business, and the page labels the toggle "Saved 33%".
Pay for Business only for its controls. It adds a business license, Emphasis, Variability, Say It My Way and audio to text, and four times the voice hours.
